ASSOCIATE ARTISTS

Adam Smith

Adam is a highly versatile actor, musician, composer, and facilitator who holds an MMUS in Composition from Goldsmiths and a Performance Making Diploma with Access All Areas.

For over ten years, he has been an integral part of Face Front, performing in Princess of The Graveyard Palace and touring with It’s My Move, while also composing original scores for Blue Sky Actors.

A multi-talented creative who facilitates sensory music workshops and co-directs national programmes, Adam now brings his extensive expertise in disabled-led theatre to his role as a permanent staff member at Blue Sky Actors.

Eamonn Billeter

Eamonn is an experienced actor who holds a BA Honours in Inclusive Performance from Chickenshed, alongside a BTEC in Inclusive Performance from Barnet and Southgate College.

Since beginning his career in 2009, he has built a rich theatrical portfolio ranging from contemporary inclusive shows to classical Shakespearean roles with the New Horizons drama group.

Eamonn joined Face Front in 2025, taking on the role of Stanley - a young, aspirational artist - in the It's My Move tour.

He brings a deep commitment to the stage, aiming to inspire other performers to build self-belief.

Gopal Gautam

Gopal is a Poor School trained freelance actor who brings a versatile performance background and a deep commitment to Face Front’s inclusive productions.

As a trusted, long-standing collaborator with the company, he has delivered powerful stage performances and taken on key roles in prominent Face Front shows, including Comeuppance, Whisper Me Happy Ever After, and Princess of the Graveyard Palace.

Beyond his extensive work with the company, Gopal brings a wealth of professional experience from the wider industry, spanning community theatre initiatives, independent stage productions, and major national commercial campaigns.

Molly Richards

Molly is a freelance facilitator and theatre maker dedicated to creating transformative, accessible projects for all.

Her journey into community arts began at The BRIT School, leading her to study Drama, Applied Theatre and Education at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

She first joined Face Front on a placement, discovering a passion for their inspiring TIE tours and Act the Part groups - even performing in Blue Sky Actors' Alice in Winterland.

Face Front fundamentally shaped her inclusive approach, and she now brings this collaborative, participant-first energy to arts companies across London.

Robin McDonald

Robin’s long-standing history with Face Front began as a college volunteer on the 2015 production of Our Island.

Since graduating, he has become a core supported artist with the company, touring for the past decade with It’s My Move and adapting to digital storytelling in the pandemic-responsive film It’s My Choice.

An active member of both Blue Sky Actors and the Broken Silence group, Robin has starred in numerous productions, including The Legend of Le’Gassy Manor.

He brings a dedicated ensemble spirit to the company, continuing into the 2026 production of Carbon Footprint Detective Agency.

Jess Kay

Jess is a multidisciplinary artist and award-winning filmmaker whose practice spans puppetry, costume, prop, and set creation for theatre, outdoor arts, and film.

Her work centres on hands-on creativity and building highly imaginative visual worlds that make storytelling accessible and fun for all abilities.

Jess joined the Face Front family in 2025 as the costume and set designer for The Legacy of Le’Gassy Manor and has since transitioned to the stage as a performer in the touring production of It’s My Move, bringing a deep passion for amplifying unheard voices.

Natasha Cox

Natasha is an Olivier Award-winning West End performer and choreographer who brings top-tier musical theatre expertise and creative leadership to Face Front.

An original cast member of the company's production SexFM, she has continued to support Face Front’s innovative artistic growth, contributing significantly to the development work of The Hero Next Door.

Natasha seamlessly combines her high-profile professional stage career with a passion for community empowerment, running her own social enterprise arts company, Actively Seeking… CIC, to champion accessible arts training and creative opportunities.

Thomas Atherton

Daniël Addae

Daniël is an enthusiastic educator and performer who brings immense energy and authenticity to Face Front’s DDM group.

Alongside his creative work, he serves as a Learning Support Assistant at Oaktree School, supporting pupils on their educational journeys.

With a strong background in sports coaching, Daniël infuses his theatrical work with dynamic physical presence, performing alongside students in productions like Happy New Year and Jammin’.

His goal in every session and show is to foster an inclusive, high-energy space where students feel the absolute freedom to be themselves.

Findlay MacDonald

Leon Wander

Leon is a professionally trained actor and inclusive facilitator who holds a BA Honours in Acting from the Courtyard Theatre.

His extensive career spans television appearances on BBC’s Doctors alongside numerous stage productions.

Leon joined Face Front for the production of Sex FM, a pivotal collaboration that helped him hone his skills as an arts facilitator.

He went on to play a key role in the research, development, and eventual touring of Whisper Me Happy Ever After - a powerful production that ultimately inspired his current professional training path to become a therapist.

Penny Gkritzapi

Penny is an Athens-trained actor and director who holds an MA in Theatre Directing, bringing extensive international staging expertise and a passion for drama education to Face Front.

Since joining the company and Blue Sky Actors in 2013, she has been a vital creative force, combining her global theatre background with accessible local practice.

Penny brings a unique directorial vision and a deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy to the team, regularly directing diverse, collaborative shows and teaching inclusive drama workshops that empower participants of all abilities.
