Our Board

Face Front is on the look out for new trustees.

Using their experience and knowledge to provide guidance, Trustees help Face Front to continue being a high profile Inclusive Theatre Company.

If you have a passion for participatory theatre, have energy and time to commit, we’d love to hear from you, especially if you have skills and experience in marketing, digital, publicity, fundraising or legal affairs.

Trustees are collectively responsible for ensuring good governance of Face Front – overseeing financial management and ensuring that the company complies with Charity and Company Law.

You’d have to be over 18 and it helps if you’ve got previous experience as a Trustee, but the main thing is to have ideas, energy and dedication. We can organise training.

Trustees are expected to attend quarterly board meetings (usually evenings, at our studio in Edmonton, North London) and some regular or topic specific sub-committees, be available either by phone or email between meetings from time to time.

It’s also great if you can come to workshops and performances occasionally.

Inclusion is at the heart of our artistic vision and we welcome applications from people who are currently under-represented, particularly in terms of ethnic and disability diversity.

If you share our vision, please get in touch.

For more information please contact Ray Downing (Artistic Director) email: ray@facefront.org or telephone our office on 020 8350 3461.
