Spotlight on Claire
Claire first became involved with us here at Face Front through joining ‘The Bridge Group’: A group designed to bring people together to gain skills in drama, improve confidence and wellbeing, and have the opportunity to be channelled into one of our four performance creating participatory arts groups.
Claire showed great imagination, creativity and growth in confidence during her time with The Bridge Group, so when a space became available for her to join our Broken Silence drama group, we were pleased to welcome her there.
Here is what Claire had to say about what joining Broken Silence has meant to her…
“I’ve been part of Broken Silence for nearly a year now and I’ve really enjoyed being part of the group. I’m currently working on a play which I’m performing next year. It’s been an amazing experience and I felt so welcomed to the team and really felt like part of the Face Front family. My confidence has grown a lot since joining Broken Silence and I’ve even made some new friends along the way too and I’ve enjoyed the activities and doing some acting too.”
