Spotlight on Volunteer Ruth

I have worked for Local Government for many years in a variety of jobs associated with affordable housing. A number of roles that I worked in involved applying for or assessing grants. Blue Sky is a amazing and unique organisation – there is nothing else to compare based in East London. When I go to the Pantos and Shows, the excitement and enjoyment felt by the performers shines through. We need more organisations like Blue Sky to showcase the talents of people with disabilities. I am really keen to join the fundraising team for Blue Sky – this is an orgainsation we must work together to keep thriving and growing.
